To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused and in original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
Return shipping: For large items (Play Tunnel, Climbing Blocks, Reading Nook Chair, Hopscotch Mat), return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Digital downloads: The 365 Days of Screen-Free Activities digital download is non-refundable once accessed.
